1 Eligibility

To use Gold Avenue Lanka, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws or regulations

2 Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Create only one account per individual
• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party

Gold Avenue Lanka is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3 Platform Services

Gold Avenue Lanka provides a digital gold trading and investment platform. Our services include access to gold market prices, trading features, portfolio tracking, commission structures, and related financial tools.

All prices displayed on the Platform are linked to live international gold market rates (XAU/USD) and may fluctuate in real time. Gold Avenue Lanka does not guarantee any specific returns, profits, or investment outcomes.

4 User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activity
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing activities

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with our published procedures and timeframes. Gold Avenue Lanka reserves the right to:

• Require identity verification before processing withdrawals
• Delay or reject transactions suspected of fraud or policy violations
• Set minimum and maximum limits on deposits and withdrawals
• Deduct applicable fees or commissions as disclosed on the Platform

6 Investment Risks

Gold trading involves inherent risks. The value of gold can fluctuate based on global market conditions, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Gold Avenue Lanka does not provide investment advice, and all trading decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design elements, is the property of Gold Avenue Lanka and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Avenue Lanka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited on the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

9 Termination

Gold Avenue Lanka may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
